On this course families can learn about children’s development stages, how to support their child’s
development and play games together.
On this course families can:
●gain knowledge about child’s development;
●create activities suitable for children;
●develop family communication skills and resilience;
●discover lots of games and learn how they help their child’s development;
●adults and children come together to play games;
●Learn about Mindfulness and practice some relaxation methods
By the end of this course, you will be able to state the 5 areas of development, learn two methods to help relaxation and mind fullness, learn a new game and play with their child and be confident to create an activity to help their child.
